Wine & Food Festival
Westchester Magazine selected T&B to organize and implement every aspect of its Wine & Food Festival, an annual consumer event for over ten years that is the county’s best and biggest celebration of its distinct culinary and wine scene. The 4-day event includes a Burger & Beer Bash held at Kensico Dam Plaza in Valhalla and featuring 20 grills, 30 restaurants, beer and wine bars and a live band; a Grand Tasting Village featuring cooking demonstrations by top chefs, a farmer’s market, over 200 wines and various specialty food suppliers; wine and spirits seminars by world-renowned experts; a Tastemakers Dinner at 42 at the top of the Ritz Carlton; a food and shopping event at Bloomingdale’s and a Junior Chef’s Academy. Thompson & Bender not only organizes and executes the entire event, including negotiating contracts, managing all logistics, engaging restaurants and wine vendors, and working with various non-profits and municipal governments to ensure total compliance for all events, but we also handle the PR, advertising and social media for the entire weekend.
