Serving more than 200 schools across New York City and beyond, this institution has built a strong reputation for academic excellence and commitment to spiritual development. For years, Catholic Schools in the Archdiocese of New York have provided students with a solid academic foundation rooted in faith and values. However, as the educational landscape continues to evolve, the organization faces a unique challenge: how to connect with a new generation of families who may not fully understand or appreciate the value of faith-based learning.

Challenge

Following the closure of 26 schools, leadership faced an urgent need to restore faith in Catholic education. The closures left many families uncertain about their children’s educational future, raising concerns about where to turn next. The challenge wasn’t just to alleviate these concerns, but to rebuild trust by emphasizing the lasting value and enduring strength of Catholic learning. Additionally, there was a need to modernize the online experience, making it easier for families to explore their options and find the right school for their children.

Solution

T&B launched a comprehensive print and digital campaign to reestablish confidence in Catholic schools. The centerpiece of the initiative was a newly redesigned website featuring a powerful school finder tool that allowed parents to easily search based on key criteria like location, grade level, and more. The campaign was built around messaging that celebrated the enduring values of the Catholic faith and a lifelong love of learning.

T&B launched a dynamic, mobile-optimized website that serves as a central hub for prospective families. The site features a robust school finder tool that enables parents to search based on preferences such as location, grade level, and other criteria. Additionally, we implemented CRM software to streamline and personalize communication, boosting engagement and building trust throughout the decision-making process.

To support the website launch, T&B developed a print and digital advertising campaign that highlighted the benefits of a Catholic education.
