A program of the Community Service Society of New York, a non-profit organization funded by the State of New York. We help people who are enrolled in New York State’s Medicaid managed care plans and who receive long-term care services.
We can:
1 – Answer your questions about Medicare and Medicaid programs for people receiving long-term care (for example, home care or nursing home care)
2 – Give you advice about your managed care options
3 – Negotiate and Solve problems with your plan and providers (for example, doctors, hospitals, and pharmacies)
4 – Help you lodge complaints or appeal health care decisions.
