HOW DO I APPLY FOR AN ABSENTEE BALLOT?
1) Electronically through the Absentee Ballot Portal
For an accessible site for people with disabilities or sensory impairments, please visit the
Accessible Absentee Ballot Portal
2) Call: (914) 995-5285 or (914) 995-5291 and provide an address to which an application
can be sent.
3) Via email to BOE-WestAbsentee@westchestergov.com and providing an address to which
an application can be sent.
4) Fax: By sending a fax to (914) 995-7753 or (914) 995-3190 with the address to which an
application can be sent.
5) By going in-person to the Westchester County Board of Elections, 25 Quarropas St.,
White Plains, NY 10601. Voter can fill out form onsite.
6) By mailing a paper application to the Westchester County Board of Elections, 25
Quarropas St., White Plains, NY 1060. Paper application can be found here:
