This program assists in navigating the complex healthcare system by providing individual assistance, outreach, and education to communities. This is an “all-payer” program, providing one-stop services to consumers with public or private coverage or no coverage. We help consumers find and navigate health coverage or access low-cost or free care, solve billing issues, understand health care reform and their health care rights, and so much more. This program can:

1. Answer your questions about Medicare and Medicaid eligibility and or billing questions.
2. Advise about your Medicare Advantage, supplemental insurance, and drug plan options.
3. Help you with any post-enrollment issues and surprise billing.
4. Help you join a pooled trust to keep excess income and still qualify for Medicaid
